What do we get if we have our event here?

Two-Day Adirondack Wedding Package:

For $8,700, you get the run of the farm from 2 PM the day prior to your event to 2 PM the day after, which includes our two-bedroom Guest House featuring a “Grooms Room” with an outdoor shower.

There are six “glamping” cabins with queen-sized beds that are available to your family & friends for $235 per night.

One-Day Adirondack Wedding Package:

$4,700 for the Wedding Barn only. The Guest House and Grooms Room can be added for an additional $500 starting three hours before your event.

The Wedding Barn includes tables & chairs, dishes, flatware & stemware, a fully-equipped commercial kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, and air-conditioned bar with our own liquor license. View our Catering options, or bring your own caterer.

Your wedding day is all about what you want, whether it's specific colors, certain themes or even the involvement of cannabis. With the legalization of recreational marijuana in New York State, throwing a weed wedding comes with a plethora of options.

Can we tour the farm and barn?

Absolutely! We are very proud of our facility and love to show it off! Tours are available from April through October. Please contact us to set up an appointment so we can show you around.

Are there additional charges?

 We require a $2,000 refundable security deposit and a $300 cleaning fee. Linens are an additional $25 each.

Do we need insurance?

 Yes, we do require a liability policy with Once Upon a Time Barn named as additional insured.

Do I need to hire a wedding planner?

 No, but we cannot help you plan. You are welcome to hire a planner or manage the details yourself.

Will we need to get a liquor license?

 No, we have our own. We feature a full, air-conditioned lounge area.

How many guests can we have?

 We can accommodate parties up to 165 guests.

Where can we have our ceremony if it rains?

 Ceremonies can be held in the 30x40 barn or under our 24x40 tented deck.

Do you offer lodging?

 You bet! In addition to our two-bedroom guest house, which is yours from 2 PM the day before your event to 2 PM the day after, there is lodging in North Creek, only 10 minutes away, Schroon Lake, 20 minutes away, and Warrensburg, which is a 30-minute drive.
