What do we get if we have our event here?

For $7900 you get the run of the place from 2 PM the day prior to your event to 2 PM the day after, which includes our two-bedroom guest house featuring a “Grooms Room” with an outdoor shower. The barn itself comes with reclaimed tables & chairs, dishes, flatware & stemware, fully equipped commercial kitchen, air-conditioned bar (You supply the alcohol.), two bathrooms and a wood fired pizza oven.

Can we tour the farm and barn?

Absolutely! We are very proud of our facility and love to show it off! Tours are available from April through October. Please contact us to set an appointment so we can show you around.

Do you host events year round?

Your magical event can happen at the Once Upon a Time Barn from April through early October. Contact us to see if your date is available.

Are there additional charges?

We do require a $2000 refundable security deposit and there is a $300 cleaning fee. Linens are an additional $25 each.

Do we need insurance?

Yes, we do require a liability policy with Once Upon a Time Barn named as additional insured.

Do I need to hire a wedding planner?

No, but we cannot help you plan. You are welcome to hire a planner or manage the details yourself.

How many guests can we have?

We are able to accommodate parties up to 165 guests.

Where can we have our ceremony if it rains?

Ceremonies can be held in the 30x40 barn or under our 24x40 tented deck.

Do you offer lodging?

You bet! In addition to our two-bedroom guest house which is yours from 2 PM the day before your event to 2 PM the day after.  Additionally, there is lodging in North Creek, only 10 minutes away.  Schroon Lake, 20 minutes and Warrensburg which is a 30-minute drive.
